In Store Return Policy
At The Lucky Knot, we want your shopping experience to be the best. Therefore, we gladly accept unworn, unwashed, with tags or defective merchandise within 14 days of your purchase for exchange or store credit.
Please note, purchases made in stores can only be returned for an exchange or for store credit. Formal Gowns are final sale. Due to the nature of the special occasion industry and delicacy of our gowns, all formal purchased are final sale and not eligible for exchange or returns.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received a refund yet, please check with your bank/credit provider first. It may take a few business days for the credit to post to your account. If you still don't receive a refund please email shop@theluckyknot.com.
