        At The Lucky Knot, we want your shopping experience to be the best. Therefore, we gladly accept unworn, unwashed, with tags or defective merchandise within 14 days of your purchase for exchange or store credit with receipt. Please note, purchases made in stores can only be returned for an exchange or for store credit with receipt. Formal Gowns are final sale. Due to the nature of the special occasion industry and delicacy of our gowns, all formal purchased are final sale and not eligible for exchange or returns.
            
            
        Online Order Return Policy
        We gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 14 days of receiving your order. As we are a small business, we do not issue return labels, unless an item is defective or an incorrect item was sent to you.         You can add the packing slip that was included, or a note with your name & order number so we can be sure who to refund! Once we receive your return, we will issue the credit back to the original payment method.

        Late or Missing Refunds
        If you have not received a refund yet, please check with your bank/credit provider first. It may take a few business days for the credit to post to your account. If you still don't receive a refund please email hello@theluckyknot.com.
